This product is a closed cell soft foam, which is a blend of EVA and PE plastics,
The method of internal addition is mixed with conductive fillers, which are chemically cross-linked and foam molded,
After the sheet is formed, conductive fillers form conductive pathways/networks inside the sheet,
Thus achieving the goal of static electricity leakage.
Combination of anti-static paper box and built-in shock-absorbing pad:
-Design concept: Add shock-absorbing pads inside the cardboard box to reduce the impact of vibrations during transportation on electronic products.
-Implementation method: Place shock-absorbing pads at the bottom or around the cardboard box, made of conductive materials, to ensure that the shock-absorbing pads do not generate static electricity while providing cushioning.
-Advantage: Provides additional shock protection, reduces the risk of damage during transportation, while maintaining anti-static performance

A: Yes, we do manufacture the foam using our own presses and molds. We have various sizes molds.

A: Ninety percent of all our orders can be loaded in 15 days.

A:Maximum continuous operating temperature of our foam is between -110°F to 180°F (-79°C to 82°C)

Q: What is the shelf life of the foam?

A: Crosslinked polyethylene foam does not have a shelf life.

Q: Does the foam float?

A: Yes, it does; XLPE is a water resistant foam.

Q: What are the differences between EVA and XLPE?

A: EVA is soft. Our XLPE and EVA foam products are similar materials and are difficult to distinguish. 

The primary differences are that EVA is softer, more resilient, and has stronger recovery after compression. Whereas polyethylene foams are firmer and more resistant to heat. 

Both of them provide excellent protection and shock absorption for packaging applications.
